About the Committee

The Ad Hoc committee is charged with developing recommendations to the Rockland City Council to advise on a plan for road and sidewalk usage in the downtown area, infrastructure and beautification improvements that can best support Rockland businesses, enhance public access, and serve our community during COVID-19 and in the future. The committee will address the following topics and will seek relevant input & data on each: Public safety; Economic vitality; Traffic & Pedestrian patterns; Parking and Deliveries; Public access; Communications, Signage, and Downtown Beautification Improvements.
